Reflection or Rest, You Decide.
For Some, it's Full Steam Ahead. For Others, it's Time to Hibernate
TL;DR watch here.
We made it to December! And if this year felt long to you, you are not alone. Many of us are arriving at the end of 2025 with mixed energy. Some people feel reflective and ready to reset. Others feel tired and in need of rest. All of these experiences are valid and true.
I have been talking with a lot of creatives lately about what this time of year brings up. Ambition. Exhaustion. Relief. Uncertainty. A desire to pause, even when the world pushes us to sprint.
So instead of telling you to finish strong or make next year your best yet, I want to offer something different. Something gentler. Something grounding.
The 2025 Reflection Guide
I created a simple reflection guide for anyone who wants a quiet moment of clarity before stepping into 2026. It is inspired by the leadership groups and mastermind coaching communities I am part of, shaped through the lens of freelance creative life. It is straightforward, easy to follow, and it works whether you are a seasoned artist or someone navigating a creative path for the first time.
It takes about twenty to thirty minutes.
I recommend turning your phone to silent, grabbing a pen, and letting yourself slow down.
You can find it here.
Multiple Ways to Get Support Before 2026
For anyone who wants more structured support, we have lots of offers on coaching ending December 5th.
Take What You Need
If your energy right now is calling for rest, honor that. If it is calling for reflection, I hope this guide supports you. If it is calling for community, coaching, or a bit of accountability, I am here.
There is no correct way to close the year or begin the next one.
And as I remind my clients often: We are mammals, and we’re meant to hibernate anyway.
